Step 1) What you need and what you will receive.
All new customers will receive a User Manual with a CD and security
device.
The security device is a small USB device that you will need
to have connected to your
computer for the software to operate.
You will need to connect your
camcorder to your computer.
To capture with the software you
will need a dv camcorder and a IEEE1394 firewire port on your
computer, or a analog video capture card (desktop only) if you
use an older analog camcorder (not recommended).
(see FAQ for more information).
The dv (firewire) port is a device that allows the
video from your camcorder to be copied to your computer and is built
in on some computers. Read your computer specs to see if you have one.
If you need a firewire or analog capture card, we will ship the proper one with your
order
(based on your answers in Step 2).

Shipping is via USPS Express Mail and delivery usually takes
2-3 days. The cost to you is $5 and we take care of the
rest!
