Capture-Hi Def Automatic Import

Capture-Hi Def Automatic Import

Program Setup - Capture - High Def Auto Import

To have SportsCAD default to High Def Automatic Import as your capture method, simply open SportsCAD, go to Program Setup, Click the Capture button at the top, then select High Def Automatic Import as your Capture Method (see picture above).

To get started, you must do a one time setup of the folder where your videos are stored. This will usually be the folder on your camera that stores videos, the folder on the memory card for your camera that holds videos, or a folder you created on your pc to drag and drop videos into.

1) Plug in your camera and turn it on (at this point most cameras link with the pc and add a drive letter for access to your videos).

2) Click the Set Automatic Import Folder button (item 3).

3) Browse to find the folder that stores your videos and click the OK button.

4) The folder path will now be displayed in the Video Path window (item 1).

You should also install the CCCP Codec pack.

If you are running Windows 10, you will want to install the Codec Tweaker.
