Import Database

A) Select your import media (1) (where you want to import from which is usually the “D” drive for cd). You will now see all of the available videos.

 

B) Select the database (2), the student (3), and the videos you want to import (4) (do the same for all students or models you want to import). Use the Select All button (6) to select all of the videos.

 

C) Press the “Import Now” button. The software will let you know when it is finished copying the files.

 

Note: If you don't see your thumb drive in the dropdown list, click the Refresh button (9) and try again.

Select your import media. This can be a cd, external hard drive, thumb drive etc.

Select a student.

4 . Select VideosSelect Videos

Select the videos that you want to import. Use the Select All button (6) to select all of the videos.

5 . Video DisplayVideo Display

Video Display

The Video Display will show the currently selected video.

Use the Select All button to select all of the videos for the selected student.

Use the UnSelect All button to unselect all of the videos for the selected student.

8 . IMPORT NOWIMPORT NOW

IMPORT NOW

Click the Import Now button to begin the import process. The software will let you know when the process is complete.

9 . Refresh buttonRefresh button

Refresh button

This button will refresh the Export Media dropdown list. Plug in your thumb drive, click the Refresh button, then select the thumb drive in the dropdown list.
